George Frangaj - Partner

Mr. Frangaj is an initial investor in the SIVA Partners Fund and is involved in the day to day operations of SIVA Partners. His responsibilities deal mostly with investor relations and marketing of SIVA’s different ventures. Additionally, he is involved with the Albanian Resort Project and has arranged equity investors based in Europe for the project.

His relationships within the Albanian community, both in the US and in Albania, are extremely important to the success of this project. He has been able to open doors and bring investors that never would have invested in the SIVA Fund if he was not part of the management. His relationships with high net worth individuals is an asset that cannot be valued.

Mr. Frangaj began his career over 20 years ago in the construction industry and has built luxury homes valued at upwards of $10 million. Additionally he has been involved in the construction of high end condo developments, class A office buildings and multifamily buildings in NYC. Over the years he has amassed significant capital and has become an investor in various different opportunities ranging from financial institutions to private equity firms.

He wishes to end his career with his biggest crowning achievement, the development of the resort in Albania. Mr. Frangaj believes that there has never been a more opportune time to invest in Albania, than today and that this development will be something that will be spoken about in the centuries to come. On an individual level he will be investing a substantial amount of equity in the project and will be involved with the construction aspect of the development.
