The firm originates, structures and participates in real estate investments in office, residential and retail properties with a geographic preference for New York City and select global markets. SIVA Partners is currently pursuing the acquisition of single assets, as well as, portfolios.

Core Group is finalizing the deal on US Steel in Serbia

Core Group, headquartered in Dubai, is seriously interested in acquiring the steelworks Zelezara Smederevo. Serbian daily Blic learns that four directors of this company were staying in Belgrade on February 3rd, when they met and talked with Minister Nebojsa Ciric and and Dusan Nikezic, head of the government’s working group for the sale of the steelworks.
